Request Transcripts

Official Transcript Requests

Your official transcript is the permanent record of all the courses you have attended at Pueblo Community College. Pueblo Community College has authorized Parchment to manage the online ordering, processing, and secure delivery of official transcripts. All transcripts sent through Parchment are official.

Establishing a Parchment account requires the following student information to ensure proper matching: first name, last name, previous name, email address, birthdate, mailing address, last four digits of Social Security number, and telephone number.

The transcript cost is based on the product, delivery method, and destination. Minimum cost is $3.00. Transcripts must be paid by credit card at the time of the order.

Please use the Official Transcript Form as an alternative ordering method.

Transcripts will NOT be faxed. In addition, faxed transcripts will NOT be accepted as official.

Access to unofficial transcripts is a service provided to currently enrolled students (those who received grades within the past three terms). All others use the Official Transcript Request form to order transcripts.

Pueblo Community College does not offer “Hold for Degree” nor “Hold for Grades” options. Therefore, current students must confirm final grades and degree/certificate conferral dates prior to ordering official transcripts. Confirmation of grades and conferral dates may be done via myPCC Portal.

Note:

Paper official transcripts requested outside of Parchment (online ordering system) may take up to four weeks for processing not including US Postal Service delivery.

Note:

Please use the Request Official Transcript Form for coursework prior to Summer 1987 or San Juan Basin Technical College. Online transcript services are not available for these records.
