Due to inclement weather, classes that begin at 7pm or later tonight at both the SCCC East Campus in Durango and the West Campus in Mancos are cancelled. Classes that are scheduled before 7pm will continue until both campuses close at 7pm tonight. The campuses will remain closed for a 2 hour delay in the morning Jan. 24 with classes resuming at 10am unless otherwise notified.     The Testing Center’s mission is “to serve the assessment and certification needs of Pueblo and Southern Colorado through relevant and nationally recognized assessments, certifications, and credentials.” We adhere to the standards and guidelines of the National College Testing Association’s Professional Standards and Guidelines.

    In the Testing Center there are many different testing and assessment services offered to both students and the community.

      Assessing for skill levels ensures placement into proper beginning courses and aids in smooth transitioning from one semester to the next.

    • Academic Testing
      At the instructor's discretion, students may take tests or make up tests in the Testing Center.

    • High Stakes/Professional Testing
      We provide numerous professional and high stakes testing services. Pueblo Community College is an authorized testing site for the Pearson VUE, COMIRA, ETA, Castle Worldwide, Kryterion, and Iso Quality Testing.

    • Distance Proctoring Services for other Institutions
      Pueblo Community College will proctor exams for distance learners from other institutions. Please contact the Testing Manager at Test_Center@pueblocc.edu or 719-549-3091 for more information on this service

    • Credit By Exam
      The Testing Center offers CLEP (College Level Examination Program) and DSST (Dantes) exams. These exams allow you to earn college credit and complete your degree faster.
