Orientation Leaders

GENERAL INFORMATION
Each year, the Orientation staff selects a group of dedicated student leaders to assist with implementing Orientation programs during the spring, summer and fall.  Orientation Leaders serve as guides for new students who are making the transition from their previous environment to the diverse academic, intellectual and social culture of Pueblo Community College.
Orientation Leaders represent a variety of academic majors, hometowns, extracurricular interests, and cultures.

When you arrive on campus for orientation, you will be assigned to a group of 15-20 students. An orientation leader (current PCC student) will guide your group through an exciting day of activities, share tips for succeeding at college, and give you the "inside scoop" at PCC.

SELECTION PROCESS
The Office of New Student Orientation has already selected orientation leaders for Summer 2010! Every year we interview dedicated PCC students to serve as enthusiastic and dedicated role models to our incoming class.  Applications for the 2011 Orientation Leader Staff will be available beginning in March 2011.
