President

  • Preside over all announced meetings and call any special meetings as required
  • Appoint committees

  • Ensure officers are performing their duties and their functions are fulfilled
Vice-president
  • Preside at meetings in the absence of the President

  • Maintain record of all financial transactions, and ensure funds are deposited in the club's account via the PCC Cashier's office on a prompt basis.
Student Senate Representatives (2)
  • Meet all requirements of Student Senate, and attend all Student Senate meetings, providing a report to the membership at the next FEA meeting.
  • Failure to attend two Student Senate meetings will, upon notification of the Student Senate, require the FEA president to replace current SSR with a new one.
Article 7. Elections

Elections will be held at the start of each academic semester at the first FEA meeting for that semester.

Article 8. Officer Removal

If, after this reasonable period of time, the changes or improvements have not occurred, the Advisor will call for the FEA president to reappoint that office. If the FEA President is the officer in question, the Advisor will call a new election by the general membership.

Article 9. Meetings

Meetings will be held weekly at a time and place agreed upon by the membership. Elections will be on majority vote of those present.
Meetings will be held as the President and the general membership agrees, but not less than once per month during fall and spring academic semesters. The order of business at these meetings will be established by the President and the officers, ensuring that there is a period for 'new business' to which the general membership can contribute.
Meetings will abide by Roberts Rules of Order.

Article 10. Dues

Dues will be $5 per person per academic semester, payable at the first meeting. Dues will be used for the promotion and approved activities of the FEA.
