Counseling and Career Services provides guidance for students interested in attending school but who are unsure which career path to take. Career counseling, career exploration books, and career assessment tools, such as FOCUS, will aid students in making these important decisions.
Once students have decided their major, Counseling and Career Services assists students in gaining the pre-employment skills needed to land their first job out of college. Our Career Center Library contains many books and videos containing valuable information on portfolio building, marketing and networking techniques, cover letter and resume writing, and interviewing tips and suggestions. Students and faculty may check-out books for a two week period at no cost.
