    Group Exercises classes are included in the Rec Center membership, and are no additional cost to students enrolled in at least one credit on the Pueblo campus.

    Classes include:

    • Cardio Strength Training
    • Functional Training
    • Self Defense (first Thursday of each month)
    • Women on Weights
    • Yoga
    • Zumba!


    We are open to suggestions and ideas for new classes!
