Group Exercise
Group Exercises classes are included in the Rec Center membership, and are no additional cost to students enrolled in at least one credit on the Pueblo campus.
Classes include:
- MixxedFit Class - New!
Tuesdays 6:30pm
MixxedFit is an emerging fitness program that combines boot camp body toning movements with dancing choreographed to hip hop, pop, R&B, reggae, and rock music. PCC will be the first location in Pueblo to host these classes! - Cardio Strength Training
- Functional Training
- Self Defense (first Thursday of each month)
- Women on Weights
- Yoga
- Zumba!
We are open to suggestions and ideas for new classes!
