  • Submitting an Order

    E-mail your file(s) to the Print Shop (printshop.pcc@pueblocc.edu), please include the specifics of your job, type of paper, number of copies, color or black, single or double sided, stapled, folding, etc. PLEASE remember to put at the beginning of your email the day and time that you need your order completed by. It might help to follow up with a call, 719-549-3126, to check to make sure that you email and artwork arrived successfully. If you prefer, you may also stop in and drop it off. Electronic files provide the best quality, but hard copy is acceptable for many copy jobs.

    All work submitted must be camera ready or a systems fee will be accessed. If for some reason you are unable to provide artwork, we provide design services to assist you for a fee.

    File Format

    The best way to ensure your job is the way you want it is to send a pdf. If this is not an option most file formats (word, jpg, publisher, power point, etc.) are acceptable. If you have a concern about your file, please call. If we have a concern about your file, we will contact you.
