Each Year, PCC Upward Bound conducts a six week summer program. During the first 5 weeks of the summer session, the participating students attend classes centered around an interesting theme. Lessons in English, math, science and foreign language are addressed through practical applications that relate to the chosen theme.
On the sixth week the students go on a summer trip to an out of town destination visiting colleges and applying the lessons they have learned. The trip allows new students the opportunity to get to know fellow students and provides all students with unique learning and cultural activities.
