  • Southwest Campus Health Clinic

    The PCC Health Clinic on the Southwest Campus provides primary health care services to ALL PCC Mancos and Durango students.

    Services Offered:

    • General office visits 
    • Physical exams
    • Minor injury treatment
    • Immunizations
    • Prescriptions
    • Referrals


    Requirements:
    To receive free office visits and immunizations, PCC students must be currently enrolled in six (6) or more semester credit hours. Registered PCC Students under the age of 18 must have a signed parental consent form prior to the office visit.
    PCC employees can be seen for a $30 office visit fee and pay for all immunizations. Free visits and immunizations are for students only. 

    FEES ARE DUE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE.

  • Free Student Immunizations Include:

    • Flu Shot (staff: $15)

    • PPD Skin Test (staff: $15)

    • MMR (staff: $80)

    • Hepatitis B (staff: $70)

    • Tdap (staff:$55)

    Administered in Room 221 on the Durango Campus

    Wed., Feb. 7 10 am-Noon

    You MUST sign-up for your shots by Wednesday, Jan. 31 at Noon at the Go!Zone

    • Students MUST show their current Student ID and be enrolled in six (6) or more credit hours.
    • MUST be 18 years of age or older to receive the immunizations
    • Have a copy of your childhood and/or adult immunization records to bring to appointment to verify immunizations needed
