  • Dear Concurrent Enrollment Parent or Guardian,

As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we’ve entered another phase of campus operations. Please take a few minutes to read this email, which addresses these changes.

The following changes will stay in effect through the rest of the spring semester. We will re-evaluate them once the semester ends.

    PCC On-Campus Classes
All lecture classes have been converted to a remote delivery platform and will resume on March 30, 2020:

    • Faculty and instructors will contact every student in each of their classes prior to March 30 to give specific instructions about class times and other information
Science labs and as many other labs as possible have been converted to a remote delivery platform.

Face-to-face CTE programs will be postponed until April 20, 2020. Any CTE didactic or lecture already planned to take place remotely should continue to be held remotely. Once again your student should be checking D2L and student email for information from their instructors.

    PCC Courses at High Schools
PCC courses held at your high school will continue as regularly scheduled subject to the individual districts’ policies and operations.  If your district elects to suspend instruction, the school district will determine ongoing instructional methods.

    Campus operations
All campuses will remain open with normal business hours for students. All buildings will be locked on campus and if services are needed please call to make appointments.

Please understand the fluidity of this situation. Plans may need to be adjusted as things continue to rapidly evolve. We will continue to communicate messages to the campus community through D2L, student email, myPCC Portal and the PCC website.

If you have questions, please contact EarlyCollege@pueblocc.edu or email PCCCommunications@pueblocc.edu.
