$250 deposit confirms your space. Deposit is non-refundable. 50% of total invoice is due 90 days prior to event. Final payment and final count is due 72 business hours prior to event.
All catering must go through PCC Conference & Event Services. All Dining Services are under the direction of Executive Chef James Cowdery. We offer a wide selection of menu options for plated meals, buffets, themed buffets and receptions. Basic linens included with catering. Prices from $16.95 per person for Dinner depending upon food choices. For evening events we only offer menu items from our Dinner or Receptions menus. The only outside food allowed is a wedding/professional cake. There will be an 18% service fee added to all catering service. Tax will be added to catering at the rate of 7.4% unless tax exempt. There is a $50 service fee added to all events where a cake needs to be cut and served.
Included with all catering services: You may choose from white, ivory or black table cloths with a wide selection of colors options for napkins.
Set-up fee is $75 for first bar and $50 for each additional bar plus $20 to $35 per hour for bartending fee. (Based on the number of guests) One bar is suggested per 100 guests. You may choose either a cash or hosted bar. Wedding receptions include one bottle of complimentary champagne for the traditional toast. Example: 300 guests with service from 6PM to Midnight=3 bars with setup fee of $175 plus $150 bartender fee for a total of $325(drinks are at an additional cost and range in price from $3 to $7.50 ea.). Please Note: Bar service is only available with food service due to our licensing!
Required for all evening events or any event deemed necessary by our office: one guard per 100 guests at $18 per hour per guard. An additional guard is required with bar service. These arrangements are made through PCC only.
LCD screens, laptops, projectors and a full sound system are available to rent. Please call for rate schedule.
We offer other services to make your event unforgettable such as centerpieces, chair covers, ceiling canopies, and other decorative options.
We do allow burning candles if they are floating or enclosed in hurricane, cylinder, votive holders or similar container. We do not allow confetti.
