The program delivers high quality energetic, cutting edge training to equip your employees with the skills they need to effectively work together and serve both internal and external customers.  Join us for practical hands-on workshops to enhance a business' ability to gain and retain both customers and employees.  Participants will learn exceptional Customer Service Skills through the following modules.

Each Customer Service module is 8 hours in length.  The courses are offered from 8am-5pm on Friday's.  Customized scheduling and customized training is also available to address specific company needs.
