Assertive Communication at Work
Learn to differentiate passive, aggressive, passive-aggressive and assertive behaviors.  Develop skills to communicate effectively in an assertive manner.  Identify assertive word choices and body language, and then practice their use.  Find your own personal blocks to assertive behavior.  Develop new practical skills.  Training materials will be included.  Lunch will be on your own.
