Computer Training
These computer classes are designed for people who want to learn how to use a computer or software applications for personal or business use.  PCC application process applies to these courses.

Assessment
Assessment services are available to measure basic skill levels for job applicants, potential trainees, and/or employees who want to advance to higher job positions within a company.  The TABE (Tests of Adult Basic Education) is the most widely used adult standardized test in America.  TABE-WF presents questions and situations related to specific workplace environments. These include Health, Trade & Technical, and Business/Office. These assessments measure results in grade level equivalents.

Other assessments and proctoring services are available by arrangement. Employers using assessments are responsible for ensuring EEOC compliance.

Work Keys
Work Keys is a competency-based, integrated assessment system developed by the American College Testing (ACT) Program. Work Keys offers organizations a complete spectrum of job analysis, assessment, and instructional support.

  • Job analysis identifies key job skills and skill levels required for successful job performance.

  • The assessments determine an individual’s skill levels for comparison to required job skill levels.

  • The instructional support component facilitates the development of training programs which specifically address the area(s) of need.
