Q. Can we register less than 10 days prior to the scheduled seminar?
A. Yes, however, class size is limited depending on the course so it may reduce your chances of getting in the course. Also, since the college reserves the right to cancel a course 5 days prior if the enrollment is below a minimum, it’s possible the course may get canceled before you try and register.
Q. Can you come to our facility to teach the course?
A. Yes, depending on location, number of participants, and when you would like the course delivered. The courses that can be delivered at your site are indicated with the on-site icon on our course description page. We will have you talk with Director of Operations for this training and she can address your specific needs.
Q. Do you offer group discounts?
A. Yes, if you send 10 or more people you will receive a 10% discount for all participants. Additional discounts available for larger groups. Please contact us for further information.
Q. Do we get college credit for these courses?
A. Generally, these courses are offered as non-credit. If you are interested in a regular credit course offered through one of our certificate or degree options, we can discuss the specific dates and times that course is held.

Q. How do we register for a seminar or workshop?
A. Often times we may not currently a course scheduled. If you have enough participants (minimum of 6) we can work with you to schedule a training that fits your needs. If you have less than 6 participants, we can place you on our "Will-Call List", and once we have enough people interested we will contact you to schedule the course. Q. How do we pay for the course? When is that due?
A. Payment for the course is due upon registration, you can pay with:
Company Purchase Order
Credit Card (If paying with credit card, you will be directed to PCC’s Cashiers Office following completion of registration)
Payment arrangements must be made prior to the event, (no exceptions!)
Q. Can we substitute people in the course in case someone has to cancel at the last minute?
A. Yes, substitutions are accepted, please inform us prior to the event if possible.
Q. Can we get our money back if we cancel?
A. Yes if you cancel at least 10 days prior to the event, (no exceptions!)
Q. How long will it take to get a refund?
A. The college cashier will make every attempt to issue a check to you within 10 business days after your cancellation.
Q. Can we get a course customized for our company?

Q. What will be issued at the completion of the course, in terms of certificates?
A. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate of completion. It will either be handed out during the last class period or mailed to a designated person at your company for distribution.
Q. Where do you recommend we stay while there?
A. There are several quality hotels/motels in Pueblo, all of which are less than 15-20 minutes away from PCC. Check our local accommodations.

Q. Can we add additional name(s) in our company to your mailing list?
A. Yes, absolutely. Please submit your request to our online mailing list.
Q. Do we have to purchase manuals or books for this course?
A. All courses will have a workbook with copies of the materials presented. In some cases additional reference or standards manuals are provided to augment the course. The cost of these materials is included in the registration fee.
Q. What about meals, do you provide lunch?
A. No, lunch is the attendees responsibility. However, depending on the class size, there may be coffee and rolls in the morning and sodas and cookies provided at an afternoon break. We have a hot food cafeteria on campus that’s within walking distance. In addition, we have several eateries in the local area.
