    How We Work?

    An Overview of Our Process

    1. Call any staff member and let us know about your training needs.

    2. A Project Coordinator will be assigned to your organization. The coordinator will:

    • Meet with you for an upfront consultation and needs assessment
    • Determine appropriate training solutions to address needs - Training can be customized for assessment, topic, content, location and schedule
    • Present a proposal with solution descriptions and investment

    3. Once the proposal has been agreed upon, your coordinator will organize the training.

    4. Your coordinator will follow up with you to determine satisfaction and next steps for further training.
