These facilities are either a classroom setting with tables and chairs or a conference room setting. Most generally we have one or two television monitors in the room. We have hosted numerous satellite teleconferences in a number of these locations with proven success. These facilities are handicapped accessible. Food and beverages are permitted in many of these facilities, but not all.

This facility is a true theater with theater style seating; a stage and lighting that can be dimmed as the event begins. We have housed numerous satellite teleconferences in this location. The program signal will be shown on a large screen on the stage with the assistance of a ceiling mounted projector. Visibility and sound have never been a problem. The seating is more horizontal than vertical in this facility. It is handicapped accessible with a flattened area in the back of the theater, which could hold up to three wheelchairs. It should be noted that sometimes taking notes requires a hard-back notebook or clipboard. Food and beverages are not permitted in this facility.
PLEASE NOTE: If your downlink registration permits the recording of the program, we would be able to record the session on DVD or VHS video tape at an additional charge.

Some of these facilities will have a separate room usage charge, which will be handled through a different department at Pueblo Community College.
PLEASE NOTE: If your event needs to be recorded, we would be able to record the session on DVD or VHS video tape at an additional charge. Only the signal from the “far–end” will be recorded visually.
