          Pueblo Community College has developed an Online Safety Training course that is available for all employees who are .5 and above.  All employees in this category are required to take this training.  The window for completing the training will be July1, 2007 to April 1, 2008. This window will ensure everyone plenty of time to take the training and will allow everyone ample opportunity to meet their Evaluation goals and requirements.

          The Pueblo Community College Academic Advising Master Advisor Course is now available to faculty who are interested in certifying as master academic advisors.  The course is designed to instruct the faculty member on the variety of advising issues that students have and the resources that are available to ensure student success.  As you go through each section, a test is provided to confirm that you have understood the information presented.  This course is part of the new faculty mentoring program.  Part-time instructors are also eligible for the course.  Once you have gone through all sections, you become eligible for a Title V mini-grant and well on your way to master status!  If you need additional information contact Mike Gage at 549-3006.
