USE
Audio-visual equipment is available for on-campus instructor or student use on a first-come, first-served basis; reservations are strongly recommended. (Students may check out equipment only after coordinating with their instructor.) Equipment must be picked up in the Library and delivered back to the Library unless other arrangements are made with the Library staff.  Click here to see what A-V equipment is available.

HOW DO I RESERVE EQUIPMENT?

MAINTENANCE
A-V equipment maintenance is performed by a Library work-study. If problems occur with equipment, notify the Library (719-549-3308) or email us by clicking here with the details of what is wrong and where the equipment is located. The Library will correct the problem as soon as possible.

LAMPS
If a lamp burns out in your audio-visual equipment, contact the library staff for a replacement.
