USE Audio-visual equipment is available in numerous designated Library carrels for student and community use. A-V equipment is also available for on-campus instructor or student use on a first-come, first-served basis; reservations are strongly recommended. (Students may check out equipment only after they've coordinated with their instructor.) Equipment must be picked up in the Library and delivered back to the Library unless other arrangements are made with the Library staff. If equipment is not picked up on time, it is assumed it is not needed, and it may be checked out to another requestor. Click here to see what A-V equipment is available.
HOW DO I RESERVE EQUIPMENT? Click anywhere on this sentence to reserve equipment with our Circulation staff. Please provide as much lead time as possible.
MAINTENANCE A-V equipment maintenance is performed by a Library work-study. If problems occur with equipment, notify the Library (719-549-3308) or email us by clicking here with the details of what is wrong and where the equipment is located. The Library will correct the problem as soon as possible.
LAMPS If lamps burn out in your audio-visual equipment, contact us for a replacement.
