Off Campus Resources

Library Mission	Educate students, provide access to information, teach users information skills for life-long learning, and support Pueblo Community College's community role.
Borrower Registration	To become a registered borrower, fill out the online registration form. Your last name and your student identification number become your passport to PCC's online resources when you are using an off campus computer.
Collection	Over 56,000+ resources: print books, electronic books, online journals, newspapers, and reference databases.
Colorado Libraries Collaborate (CLC)	The PCC Library is a CLC member. This means that you may check out materials from other CLC libraries when you present your valid PCC ID.
Library Catalog	Check out the resources in the online catalog. You will find print books located in the Pueblo and Fremont campus libraries and electronic books here.
Full Text Resources	To access full text resources off campus or using a personal computer on campus, provide your "S" number and your personal password. Select Advanced Search to see all databases on the right side of the page. The following links will NOT provide access to the databases when you are using a personal computer or are off campus. Use the catalog link and log in.
Annals of America	Primary resources for American history -- speeches, historical accounts, poems, images, and multimedia resources.
Britannica Online	Full-text, reliable, authoritative encyclopedia -- general information, graphics, and links to other resources; updated monthly.
EBSCOHost	This is the major online, full-text journal resource provided by the library. Journal articles, newspapers, ERIC documents and an encyclopedia.

	Academic Search Premier - An academic, multi-discipline database that provides full text to more than 4,600 journals.
	Business Source Premier - Full text to over 8,800 scholarly business journals.
	CINAHL - Nursing and allied health full text journals, case studies, and pamphlets.
	Communication & Mass Media Complete - Resources covering communications and media, including journals, scripts, and newsprint.
	Funk & Wagnall's' New World Encyclopedia - An encyclopedia oriented to K-12 students with over 25,000 entries.
	Mas Ultra -- School Edition - Full text to over 700 general interest and current events publications -- pamphlets, reference books, biographies, primary source documents, and an image collection of photos, maps, and flags.
	Middle Search Plus - Full text access to over 150 popular magazines.
	Newspaper Source - Full text for over 25 national U.S. and international newspapers.
	Primary Search - Full text for more that 60 popular magazines for elementary schools.
	Regional Business News - Coverage for 75 regional business publications -- journals, newspapers, and newswires.
	TOPICsearch - A current events database to social, political, and economic issues, scientific discoveries, and other popular topics.
EBSCO eBooks	Over 16,000 eBooks. The eBooks may be located by searching in the PCC online catalog. You must register from a PCC computer (Fremont, Pueblo, SCCC East, and SCCC West) by clicking HERE. Oxford Art Online	45,000 articles about paintings, sculptures, and architecture; thumbnail images and links to museum and gallery web sites worldwide.

Encyclopedia of Associations	Lists US associations, web pages, publications, and contacts.
Grants Guide	CRC's grants guide for public research.
L.O.I.S.	Case law representing the U.S. Supreme Court, all district courts, the CO Supreme Court, the CO Court of Appeals, and CO case law since 1924.
Mitchell	This automotive collision and automotive service database is available online to Pueblo campus students using a campus computer. Fremont and SCCC West students have access to Mitchell through a computer terminal located in the automotive departments.

Stat!Ref Health	Thirtyfour current health books -- dictionaries, manuals, care plans, and tests. Includes ICD-9-CM, CPT, MedCalc 3000, PubMed, the National Guideline Clearinghouse, and the interactive resource, Anatomy.tv. Check out the companion resource Stat!Ref Nursing for additional resources.
