Student Requirements
In order to receive FREE office visits you must be enrolled in 6 or more semester credit hours.**
If you are enrolled in less than 6 semester credit hours you will pay a $25 office visit fee. **
** ALL STUDENTS WILL PAY A REDUCED FEE FOR ANY VACCINES, LABWORK, OR MISCELLANEOUS TESTING.
