Facility Use Policy This Facility Use Policy is used to determine the rental fee charges for any events that take place on the Pueblo Community College campus. This policy will help the facilities staffs determine the cost of renting all rooms used by both internal and external groups.
Rates will be charged according to the customer’s profit and non-profit status.
Non-profit status is certified by the Secretary of State’s Office of the State of Colorado. Any organization who wants to be charged non-profit rates must provide a current Certificate of Good Standing. Any event that is sponsored by a non-profit organization or PCC department, and held in conjunction with a for profit organization will be assessed a for profit rate.
Internal groups may sponsor facilities and events for outside agency on the Pueblo Community College campus, as long as the organization that is requesting the sponsorship is not for profit or non-profit.
