$600 Sunday - Friday

Rates include set-up, tear down, tables, chairs and cleaning!
Deposit
$250 deposit confirms your space. Deposit is refundable up until 121 days prior to event. Within 120 days – non-refundable and additional penalties may apply. 50% of total invoice is due 90 days prior to event. Final payment and final count is due 72 Business Hours prior to event.
Capacity up to 350 with a dance floor, 400 without a dance floor
Catering Services
All food must go through our catering services and our Executive Chef James Cowdery. We offer a wide selection of menu options for plated meals, buffets, receptions, hors D’oeuvres and desserts. Prices for Dinner range from $16.95 - $24.95 per person. Menus are available upon request. The only outside food allowed is a wedding cake ( must come from a licensed Bakery). There will be an 18% service fee added to all catering service. Tax will be added at the rate of 7.4% unless tax exempt.
Linens
Included with all catering services: You may choose from white, ivory or black table cloths with a wide selection of colors options for napkins.
Bar Service
Set-up fee is $75 for first bar and $50 for each additional bar plus $20 to $35 per hour for bartending fee. (Based on the number of guests) One bar is suggested per 100 guests. You may choose either a cash or hosted bar. Wedding receptions include one bottle of complimentary champagne for the traditional toast. Example: 300 guests with service from 6PM to Midnight=3 bars with setup fee of $175 plus $150 bartender fee for a total of $325(drinks are at an additional cost and range in price from $3 to $7.50 ea.).
Security
Required for all evening events: one guard per 100 guests at $18 per hour per guard. An additional guard is required with bar service. These arrangements are made through PCC only.
Audio / Visual
LCD screens, laptops, projectors and a full sound system are available upon request at no additional charge.
Additional Services
We offer other services to make your event unforgettable such as centerpieces, chair covers, ceiling canopies, and other decorative options.
Other Information
We do allow burning candles if they are floating or enclosed in hurricane, cylinder, votive holders or similar container. We do not allow confetti.
