Colorado Open Records Act (CORA)

The provisions of State Board for Community Colleges and Occupational Education Policy BP 10-20 Open Records Request and Colorado Community College System Protocol SP 10-20a Open Records Request set forth rules for the inspection of public records. These rules are reasonably necessary for the protection of such records and the prevention of unnecessary interference with the regular discharge of the duties of the Custodian of Records. The System office, every College, and every requestor submitting a CORA Request shall adhere to these provisions. Please review them before submitting a written CORA Request.
