Financial Aid: Verification of payment by financial aid is complete only when the student has received an award letter of funds, other than work-study, sufficient to cover the student's cost of tuition and fees. |

Mail In: Mail payment to the Cashier's Office, PCC, 900 West Orman Avenue, Pueblo, CO 81004. Payment must be received by the deadline date, not "post-marked" by that date. Please include your Student ID number on your check. |

Deferred Payment Plan: PCC provides a deferred payment plan with several payment options. Payment plan information can be obtained from the Cashier's Office. |

Drop for Non-Payment: Pueblo Community College no longer processes a Drop for Non-Payment. If you desire to drop a class you must initiate the drop before the Census (Refund) Date of your class through the Admissions/Records Office or through the My Community Education link online. Not attending classes does not drop your classes. Failure to pay tuition and fees could result in the addition of collection fees, attorney fees, interest, or other costs. Transcripts and grades will be withheld and future registration denied until paid in full. |
