Drop for Non-Payment Policy

This Policy has been amended as follows:

Paying your bill for tuition and fees is your financial responsibility, and payments are due on the first day of classes.

Here’s how to pay:

  • Cashier’s office (CC-238) -- pay in full, work out a payment plan or pay there via a third party sponsor.
  • Financial Aid office (CC-258) -- get your financial aid approval.
  • Pay online at MyCommunity EDucation.

The following is our policy

PCC will drop you for non-payment 6 days before the start of a term unless you have done one of the
following:

  • paid your tuition in full
  • made arrangements to pay your tuition over time
  • obtained a Financial Aid or Third Party Tuition/Fee Deferment

If you register for classes after we have completed this drop for non-payment but before the census date, you must pay your tuition/fees within 24 hours of the time you register, regardless of when the class starts. If you do not, we will drop you for non-payment at the end of the day on which your 24-hour grace period expires.

If you are still registered for classes after the census date, you are responsible for all tuition and fees and cannot be dropped for non-payment.
