q SIGN-UP FOR THE COLLEGE OPPORTUNITY FUND (COF)
Sign up for College Opportunity Fund. You must apply for this funding or you will be required to pay more of your tuition bill. Contact the Admissions office in the College Center, Room 258 for help!
q APPLY FOR FINANCIAL AID
All information, guidelines, and policies related to financial aid are available from the PCC Financial Aid Office located in the College Center, Room 258. Apply now, don’t delay. The longer you wait to apply for financial aid, the longer it will take to get your money. Apply for FAFSA at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
January 9th is the last day to complete a 2011-2012 FAFSA to receive a financial aid “Award/Loan Pending” and be able to charge books and receive an advance on your Panther OneCard (ID) to charge purchases in Pueblo Joes. Students that complete the FAFSA after this date must set-up a payment plan for tuition with the Cashier Office, and purchase books on their own.
q TAKE AN ACCUPLACER COURSE PLACEMENT EXAM
Complete the ACCUPLACER test or submit your ACT/SAT scores at the Testing Center in the Academic Building, Suite 134. Phone: 549-3091 or 549-3382 for more information. Please bring a picture ID, S# and $10.00!
q MEET WITH AN ACADEMIC ADVISOR
All new or readmit students must meet with an Academic Advisor prior to registering for classes. To meet with an Academic Advisor, sign-in at the GoZone desk located in the College Center or call 549-3006 to schedule an appointment.
q REGISTER FOR CLASSES/AUTHORIZE COF
Register for classes online at www.pueblocc.edu. Click on the “My PCC” icon. After you register, make sure you authorize your COF.
q NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION
Register for NSO (AAA-075) when you are registering for your other classes. You can choose from the following sessions:

q ID CARD AND PARKING PERMIT
Get your ID Card and parking permit at the College Center, Room 240. You will need the following information:
q ACTIVATE YOUR PCC EMAIL ACCOUNT
You have a NEW College Issued Student E-Mail Account. Go to www.pueblocc.edu, click on My PCC, login, then click “Student Email” icon in the top right hand corner.
q ARRANGE TO PAY TUITION AND FEES
Contact the Cashier’s office in the College Center, Room 237 or call 549-3212.
q PURCHASE YOUR TEXTBOOKS
The Bookstore is located in the College Center—First Floor. Make sure to bring your class schedule.
