There are five prerequisite course requirements that Program applicants must complete before they will be considered for selection into the Program.

Program prerequisite courses must be completed with a minimum 2.00 (C) cumulative grade point average for Program admission. College transfer courses are accepted for program entry and require a cumulative 2.00 (C) on a 4.00 scale in related course work.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Completed Application packets and all admissions materials should be returned or mailed to: Radiologic Technology, Pueblo Community College, 900 W. Orman Avenue, Pueblo, CO 81004. Applications must be complete, current and submitted before April 1 of each year for admission to the next scheduled class. All complete application packets will be reviewed by the Program Admissions Committee for review and selection.              2. Official copy of transcripts from all colleges and/or universities attended

Submit the following directly to the Radiologic Technology program:

             1. One official copy of high school transcript or G.E.D
             2. Completed supplemental Radiologic Technology Application Materials

PERSONAL INTERVIEWS
Beginning on or about April 15, the Program will review all completed application packets and arrangements will be made for eligible applicants to be interviewed by the Radiologic Technology Admissions Committee. Interview sessions will be held approximately the first week in June. Applicants will be notified by mail of the actions taken by the Admissions Committee.
