Pueblo Community College has a cadre of highly experienced instructors to offer this unique and exciting course to ALL levels of EMS providers.

Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) is a nationally recognized continuing educational program. Our PHTLS course follows the national guidelines and provides a prehospital trauma care philosophy, stressing the need to treat the multisystem trauma patient as a unique entity with specific needs.

PHTLS is a scenario-based program. This is a intensive 16-hour learning experience. We have the availability to facilitate this course on your site or ours. This intracurricular program is integrated onto all levels of EMS licensure.
