Tom Rose received his BS degree from Ft. Lewis College and his AAS degree in Culinary Arts from Pueblo Community College. He has spent many years in the food service industry in a variety of positions reanging from dining room manager, chef, baker and bartending supervisor. Tom is very versatile and teaches many courses including food production, baking, and ServSafe Alcohol (Bartending). His experience and expertise make him one of the outstanding instructors in the program. Tom is married to Patty and loves to taste many varieties of wine and travel extensively all over the world. |
