Charles Becker, BA, worked for many years in contract food service management companies and spent most of his time supervising food services on college campuses around the United States.  He was instrumental in developing and implementing the AAS degree in Culinary Arts here at Pueblo Community College.  Currently, Charles ("Chuck") teaches many of the management courses in the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Studies curriculum.
