Charles Becker, worked for over 20 years in contract management industries and spent most of his time supervising food services on college campuses around the United States.
Each year, as a committee member, Charles is involved in organizing the Iron Chef Competition, which is part of the Pueblo Health Expo. He is also a member of the Committee for Exam Excellence of NRAEF in Chicago, where he writes and reviews national exams.
Charles has been at Pueblo Community College since 1985. He was instrumental in developing and implementing the AAS degree in Culinary Arts for Pueblo Community College. Currently, Charles ("Chuck") teaches many of the management courses in the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Studies curriculum. He also helps prepare students for competition in the American Culinary Federation Knowledge Bowl.
