Business program teaches students to think critically, work independently and make knowledge based decisions. This degree is designed to prepare the student to enter the workforce in a full-time skilled or paraprofessional position related to business. The degree provides a mix of business courses, general education courses, and related information technology requirements. Although many of the credits in the degree are accepted for transfer by particular colleges and universities, the degree is not designed to facilitate transfer to a baccalaureate degree program. The student who anticipates pursuing a baccalaureate degree is encouraged to check the degree requirements of the respective institution.
