Hello!

Thank you for your interest in the Social Sciences, Education and Library Technician Department at PCC.  We offer a wide variety of courses in Anthropology, Education, Geopgraphy, History, Library Technician, Political Science, Psychology, Social Work and Sociology, as well as AA degrees with an emphasis in the areas of Social Work, Psychology, and all areas of Education.  Additionally, three student clubs are associated with the SSELT department: Future Educators Association, Psychology and Social Work: Careers and Resources for Education (PS CARE), and History Club

I look forward to meeting you personally, but until then, I would like to briefly introduce myself.  I have been involved in education as a student or a teacher for most of my life. Following high school, I attended the University of Northern Colorado earned my BA in Elementary Education and  taught elementary grades in Pueblo School District # 70. Several years later, I returned to school and earned my MA in Community Counseling Psychology from Adams State College. Currently, I enjoy teaching several different psychology courses and the Introduction to Education  course.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have regarding any of our courses, degrees, or student clubs.
