The 24x7 Support Desk provides basic support assistance for students and instructors with course related issues, such as:
* Password/S# troubleshooting *Basic course system support for tools.
The 24x7 Support Desk is available by phone, email, and chat to assist students with course issues and their college student email accounts. The self help site contains the phone number, email support link, chat support links, tutorials, and college student email set up. Another helpful feature displayed is the status of the course system.
Faculty, Students, and Staff, for username (S#) and password issues, please use the S# and PIN retrieval link on the PCC login page.

of contact outside of class" if you have issues or concerns about your online course. (It’s suggested that you address any concerns with your instructor first and follow due process.) Contact your Program Chair to discuss:
- Textbooks
- Assessing an instructor
- Questions about programs
- Concerns about course material
- Course/Instructor professionalism
- Any other questions not addressed
When to contact the Academic Deans...
The Academic Deans support the Chairs and Instructors for each
program. You should contact the Program Chair first with questions, and then consider contacting the Academic Dean if you have needs related to the design and delivery of your course or student disciplinary issues that your Chair is unable to solve.
