Associate of Arts Degree

 This degree prepares students to enter either skilled or paraprofessional occupations, or to upgrade in their current employment. These programs are not intended to transfer to bachelor's degree programs, but certain courses may be accepted toward a bachelor's degree at some institutions. Home Colleges award the Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree upon completion of a specific approved program.
