Financial Aid Bookstore For CCCOnline

To Use Financial Aid:

Note: Only use this shopping cart if you have already registered for courses delivered through CCCOnline AND have already been approved to receive financial aid funds.

CCCOnline will be using a web-based shopping cart. The process for this shopping cart is as follows: 

  1. You will fill in your name, student I.D., email address, shipping address, and the classes that you are taking.
  2. The shopping cart will automatically populate your classes with course materials associated with these classes.
  3. You will select whether you want new or used texts (if available) and indicate whether or not you want any of the non-required materials associated with your classes.  Please note:  This shopping cart will calculate the cost of textbooks using the price for new textbooks.  It will also calculate an “average” shipping charge for these materials.  If used textbooks are available they will be shipped.  Your Financial Aid office will not deduct the cost of your order from your financial aid account until an actual invoice for the cost of your materials has been submitted to your school.
  4. If you are taking biology classes make sure to indicate whether or not you need a microscope and oil lens on your order.  Although these are marked optional in the shopping cart, they are required unless you have already purchased them for a previous biology course you have taken through CCCOnline.
  5. Once you have entered all of this information you will submit your request.
  6. Your request will automatically go directly to the financial aid office at your home college.
  7. If your request is approved by the financial aid office, it will automatically be sent directly to MBS and, if applicable, At Home Science.  You will receive a copy of this approval as will CCCOnline.
  8. If your request is denied by the financial aid office, you will receive notice that it has been denied.
  9. Your materials will be shipped by MBS/At Home Science to you.
  10. CCCOnline will invoice your home college for your books/materials.
  11. Your home college will deduct the cost of your books/materials from your financial aid award.

Any books/lab kits orders received by CCCOnline after Wednesday, August 22nd will need to be shipped next-day air.  After August 22nd the shopping cart will include the higher cost of shipping. 

The Fall Semester deadline to request Financial Aid Funds to purchase books/course materials is Wednesday, August 22nd.  The shopping cart will no longer be available to students after August 22nd.  After August 22nd you must purchase your textbooks directly from the bookstore.

Please Note: Our system updates from the registration system every day at 12 Noon and Midnight. You will be able to log into the Financial Aid book request system by 12 Noon or Midnight 12 hours AFTER you register for courses
