Strategic planning has had a varied history at PCC. In the past several years, it has existed in different versions and been influenced by various forces: state mandated strategic goals, enrollment and budget challenges, AQIP projects and processes, and internally developed goals of importance to our own students, faculty, and staff.
As an AQIP action project, we are currently developing a new strategic planning model that will enable us to conduct effective, consistent, and continuous strategic planning well into the future. The model will be in place by May 31, 2007.
