  • Association for Institutional Research (AIR): The Association for Institutional Research is a professional organization whose mission is to support members in their efforts to continuously improve the practice of institutional research for postsecondary planning, management and operations, and to further develop and promote the institutional research profession.   • Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS): The IPEDS Data Center provides a "one-stop-shop" for retrieving comparative data. Peer groups are generated according to a set of variables selected by the user. Comparative data include enrollments, programs completions, graduation rates, faculty, staff, finance, institutional prices, and student financial aid. Click here to access the IPEDS Website.

  • Colorado Department of Higher Education (CDHE):  CDHE regularly releases electronic reports on remediation needs, enrollment, retention and graduation rates of Colorado colleges and universities on their website.  Click here to access the CDHE website.

  • CTE VE135 Data Collection: The VE135 is a database maintained by the Colorado Community College System that contains programmatic and demographic information for secondary and postsecondary Career and Technical Education (CTE) students. CCCS is required by law to collect the VE135 data each year in order to comply with the accountability requirements set forth in the Colorado Vocational Act (CVA) and the Carl D. Perkins Act.  The VE135 enrollment and follow-up data affect our program renewals, the Perkins sub-indicators, and whether or not we qualify for Perkins reserve funds. Click here to access the VE135 Data Collection Website.
