PCC Foundation Officers
The Foundation Officers and Board of Directors are volunteers from the community who are responsible for establishing policy, guiding the organization to meet the mission, hiring Foundation staff, securing funds, monitoring finances, and maintaining and updating long-range plans.

Ryan Griego
Mr. Griego is a 2003 graduate of Pikes Peak Community College. He is married with three children. He is employed with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney as a Financial Advisor. He has served on the board of Latino Chamber, United Way, and St. Mary Corwin Medical Center Foundation.

Sharon Swerdfeger
Mrs. Swerdfeger attended the University of Southern Colorado (now CSU-Pueblo) and Pueblo Community College from 1965-1968. She has been married and has four children and nine grandchildren. She is a secretary/treasurer of K.R. Swerdfeger Construction. She currently serves on the boards of South High School Alumni Association as president, and Parkview Hospital Foundation. She has served on the YMCA and the Colorado Business Educational Coalition boards. She loves to travel and spend time with their children and grandchildren.

Renee Rodriquez
Ms. Rodriquez owns two Express Employment Professionals franchises in Pueblo & Centennial Colorado. She has three children and two granddaughters. She currently serves on the boards of United Way, Workforce Development, and NeighborWorks. She chairs the personnel committees for United Way and the nominations committee for the PCC Foundation.
