Diane C. Porter has been the Executive Director for two large nonprofit organizations during the last 20 years; Pueblo Community College Foundation ($6.5 million in assets with more than $1 million gifted to the College annually) and the YWCA of Pueblo managing four major social programs.  As a result, she has developed strong management, organizational and personal relationship skills.  In addition, she successfully owned and operated an automotive repair franchise for 13 years which gave her the opportunity to draw on her business/accounting degree.  Her current responsibilities include management of fund raising (direct and indirect solicitations, grants, major gifts, planning giving), personnel,  special events, inventory, property, insurance, data collection, stewardship of funds, scholarship, budget development, accounting processes and financial records.  Her education includes a Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Organizational Management.
