Rogene Armstrong
Mrs. Armstrong graduated from Hasting College in Hasting, Nebraska, in 1949. She is a retired Pueblo School District No. 60 teacher. She served on the boards of the Parkview Foundation, El Pueblo...An Adolescent Treatment Community, Junior League sustainer, Pueblo Symphony, and the YWCA. She was married to J. Robert Armstrong and they have two sons whom are married and live in Oakdale, California, and Atlanta, Georgia.

Carlos Baca
Carlos received his sociology MA from University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in 1976. He retired in 1991 after 33 years of service with Colorado State Hospital (CMHIP) and director of adult services with Department of Corrections. He is an honorarium professor at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. He serves on the Territorial Prison Museum advisory board and the Justice Assistance advisory board. He is married with two children.

Matthew Bailey
Mr. Bailey graduated from Front Range Community College where he received his AA degree in 1993 and attended Colorado State University. He has been employed at Sam’s Club since 1993 as Assistant Manager, General Manager, and most recently as Membership Marketing Manager. He received the 2009 Volunteer Ambassador of the Year for Pueblo County United Way. He is an ambassador and on the executive committee for the Greater Pueblo Chamber of Commerce. He has served on the boards of Goodwill Industries, Dream Weavers, and the Better Business Bureau.

Carla M. Barela
Carla attended the College of Mount St. Joseph, Cincinnati, Ohio, and received her B. Mus. Ed in 1968. She then attended the University of Colorado and received her M. Mus. Ed in 1971. She is currently the President of Cortez Construction Co., Inc. She serves on the boards of Colorado State University-Pueblo Hasan School of Business Advisory Board and the Business Women's Network.

Ms. Barnard attended Carthage College and received her BA degree in Business Administration in 2003. She was the Human Resource Director at National King Coal, LLC and is now Human Resource Manager at GCC Rio Grande, Inc.

Dan Corsentino
Mr. Corsentino holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado , Colorado Springs . He is also a graduate of the National FBI Academy (172), Harvard University Executive Management, Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command. He was the Elected Sheriff for 17 years in Pueblo, Colorado, and former Chief of Police in Fountain, Colorado. Mr. Corsentino, also was appointed to the National Homeland Security Senior Advisory Board for first responders for 4 years. Currently he is a Security Consultant, and Private Investigator.

Kathy M. Farley
Mrs. Farley currently serves on the Board of Directors for Historic Arkansas River Project Foundation, Pueblo Conservancy District, and Women’s Forum of Colorado. She has also served on El Pomar Foundation Awards for Excellence Commission, Pueblo Area Council of Governments, Pueblo City-County Health Department Board of Health, Colorado State Board of Parks and Recreation, Democratic National Committee, Western Interstate Commission of Higher Education, and El Pueblo Boys Ranch. She is a Trustee of Distinction at Sangre de Cristo Arts & Conference Center in Pueblo. She attended Harvard University Kennedy School of Government and University of Colorado-Boulder.

Barbara Fortino
Mrs. Fortino attended Western State College where she attained her bachelor’s and master’s degree. She was a member of Alpha Sigma Alpha and Alpha Psi Omega. She taught secondary language arts for 34 years with Pueblo City Schools. Barbara currently serves on the boards at Southern Colorado Community Foundation, CSU-Pueblo President’s Leadership and the Broadway Theater League. She has one daughter and three grandchildren.

Martha "Marty" Poole
Mrs. Poole is a retired teacher from Pueblo City Schools. She graduated from the University of Nothern Colorado with her BA in Elementary Education and Colorado State University with her master’s in Elementary Education plus 60. She currently serves on the Spanish Peaks Mental Health board, El Pomar selection committee for the M.E.P. Hall of Fame.
Other community services included serving on the boards of Sangre de Cristo Arts and Conference Center, the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, Pueblo Symphony, PAACO, YWCA, Women's Foundations of Colorado Board, Review Board for Air Force Academy and the White House Conference on Children and Youth.
Honors and Awards include Outstanding Educator of America Award, Pueblo Teacher of the Year, Woman of the Year-Boys and Girls Club of America,Who's Who among America's Teachers, Most Memorable Teacher Award-State Senator Joyce Lawerence.

Jack Rink
Jack received an MBA from University of Wisconsin in 1982. Jack Rink is the Senior Vice President of the R. Michael Donovan Company that provides consulting to manufacturing and service companies. Prior to consulting Jack spent 24 years in operations and engineering roles with Trane Company.
From 1997 to 2003, Jack served on the Pueblo District 60 Board of Education including a two-year term as president. Other community service includes serving on the Joint Chamber of Commerce Education Committee, the YMCA Board of Directors, BOCES Board, and the PCC Technical Advisory Committee.

Renee Rodriquez
Ms. Rodriquez owns two Express Employment Professionals franchises in Pueblo & Centennial Colorado. She has three children and two granddaughters. She currently serves on the boards of United Way, Workforce Development, and NeighborWorks. She chairs the personnel committees for United Way and the nominations committee for the PCC Foundation.

Walter Schepp
Mr. Schepp is a retired hotel owner. He graduated in 1958 from Columbia University, New York, with a U.S. Government and International Affairs degree. He is married to Gloria and they do not have any children.
He currently is the Assistant State Coordinator for the AARP Safe Driving Program and a member of the PCC Fremont Advisory Board. He is the past president of the Canon City Library Board, Canon City Chamber of Commerce, and the Golden Age Center.

Steve Schroeder
Steven Schroeder is the co-owner, majority shareholder, and lead commercial estimator of South-Side Lawn and Landscape in Pueblo. He has received six awards in five years for landscape design. He is associated with several national organizations including NFIB, PAHB, ICPI, NCMA, USDA, and ALCC. He is also on the Streetscape Advisory Committee for Pueblo, CO.

Sharon L. Swerdfeger
Mrs. Swerdfeger attended the University of Southern Colorado (now CSU-P) and Pueblo Community College from 1965-1968. She is married and has four children and nine grandchildren. She is a secretary/treasurer of K.R. Swerdfeger Construction.
She currently serves on the boards of South High School Alumni Association as president, and Parkview Hospital Foundation. She has served on the YMCA and the Colorado Business Educational Coalition boards. In 2010, she was inducted into the Pueblo Hall of Fame. She loves to travel and spend time with her children and grandchildren.

Ted Trani
Mr. Trani received a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Colorado; and MBA from the University of Southern Colorado (now CSU-Pueblo); and an MS-Management from Colorado Technical University. He is a business, management and computer consultant, educator and trainer. For the last 15 years he has owned Trani Consulting Group. Before that, he was the Executive Director of the PCC Foundation for one year following a 21-year career with what is now Black Hills Energy. In addition he has taught at PCC, CSU-Pueblo and CTU, and is currently teaching as an adjunct professor at the university.
He presently serves on several Foundation Board committees, most significantly Finance and Scholarship (chair)-and on the PCC Massage Therapy at PCC. He also has served on (and chaired) the Sangre De Cristo Hospice Board and was twice president of the university Alumni Association while serving on their Computer Information Systems Advisory Board. In addition, he chaired the P.A.W.S. Animal Welfare and Protection Society Board. He currently serves on the Pueblo Symphony Board.
He has been married to Clara for 42 years. They have two happily married children, Lisa and Marc, and four grandchildren.

Paul Willumstad
Mr. Willumstad graduated from St. Francis University with a BA degree and from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University. Birmingham, Alabama with his Juris Doctorate degree. Paul is an attorney in private practice emphasizing in estate planning, probate, elder law and real estate law. He is on the board of the United Way of Pueblo County and St. Mary Corwin Hospital. Paul has been a lecturer with the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, St. Mary Corwin Hospital Senior Care Program, Pueblo Agency on Aging. He does pro bono work for Colorado Legal Services.
