Foundation Officers
The Foundation Officers and Board of Directors are volunteers from the community which are responsible to establish policy, guide the organization to meet the mission, hire Foundation staff, secure funds, monitor finances, and maintain and update long-range plans.

Jack Quinn
Mr. Quinn graduated with a B.S. Degree in Chemistry from Fairfield University, Fairfield, Connecticut, in 1963 and received his M.S. Degree in Public Admin. from UNC, Greeley, Colorado in 1973. He is married and has one stepdaughter. He had been employed with the Pueblo Housing Authority for the last 38 years and retired September 2006. |

Sean McCarthy
Mr. McCarthy graduated from Southern Illinois University in 1989. He is married and they have three hound dogs. For the last 10 years he has been the owner of Castle Invesments and Loan. He currently serves on the boards of Pueblo Performing Arts Guild, Steel City Theater Company, Puebloans by Choice, and Pueblo Downtown Association. |

Ryan Griego
Mr. Griego is a 2003 graduate of Pikes Peak Community College. He is married with three children. He joined the firm of UBS Financial Services formerly Piper Jaffray in 2004 as a Financial Advisor. He was a 2005 Pueblo Latino Chamber Volunteer of the Year; he currently serves on the boards of St. Mary Corwin Foundation, Latino Chamber of Commerce, and United Way of Pueblo. |

Bob Silva
Mr. Silva attended PJC/SCSC and the University of Va - Cal. Berkeley. He graduated from the following institutions: FBI National Academy in 1975; FBI Law Enforcement Executive Institute in 1982 and Drug Enforcement Adm. Management School in 1974. He is married and they have three children, seven grandchildren and one great granddaughter. He retired as Chief of Police from the Pueblo Police Department and was employed there for 35 years. He was the past president of Pueblo Kiwanis Club; past chair for the Pikes Peak Community College Criminal Justice Advisory Committee; past chair for the 10th Judicial District Judicial Performance Commission; past president of the Colorado Association of Chiefs of Police and past chair for the Colorado Org. Crime Commission. Mr. Silva currently serves on the boards of SunWest Educational Credit Union, the Hundred Club, and the Kiwanis Club of Pueblo. |
