Financial Aid Financial Aid Office is located on the Pueblo campus.
To apply for financial aid, students need to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online. Paper applications are available from high school counselors, the PCC Financial Aid Office, or the Fremont Campus Office. Complete the paper FAFSA and mail it in the envelope provided. Complete the FAFSA application as early as possible. Our awards are subject to the availability of funds. We give top priority to full-time students who show exceptional financial need and who submit completed applications by the following dates:
In approximately three to six weeks after submission of the FAFSA, the student will receive a Student Aid Report (SAR) in the mail. The student should review this information for accuracy and take it to the Fremont Campus Office if there are corrections or questions about the data.
Continuing Students must complete a renewal FAFSA each spring.
Students who are selected for verification (see Part 1 of the SAR) must also provide the Financial Aid Office with documents to verify taxed and untaxed income and complete a verifications worksheet. Students must complete a PCC Financial Aid Student Information Form and return it to the office.
The Student Information Form (PDF files) on the Forms page can be printed from your browser.
When a student’s file is complete, the Financial Aid Office will mail an award notice to the student.
