All work related injuries must be reported to the Human Resources Office within 4 days of the injury. If the injury is an emergency, call 911 or visit the nearest hospital or emergency room.Once you have completed the "Incident Report", you will receive authorization to be seen by the workers compensation provider. Our workers compensation provider is CCOMP, 3676 Parker Blvd, 553-2207.
Employees at the Fremont Campus will use CCOM, 700 S. 8th Street, 275-3301.
