In AQIP, the formal procedure culminating in Reaffirmation of Accreditation occurs every seven years. In this reaffirmation process, an AQIP Review Panel on Reaffirmation reviews the institution's cumulative record of activity and judges whether it complies with all accreditation requirements. In December 2010, the Institutional Actions Council voted to continue PCC's accreditation through AQIP.
